Biography

Joined UP SLIS as a part-time lecturer beginning Academic Year 2022–2023, teaching Legal Research, Legal Bibliography, and integrating data science via SLIS's general education course on Information and Society. He is also collaborating with full-time faculty to design a data science elective. Serves as a Law Reform Specialist III at the UP Law Center, contributing to legal reform and policy development.
