Biography

Dr. Rondilla will be teaching undergraduate courses on collection development, library management, and marketing; as well as Filipiniana in the graduate program. Rhoel Rondilla serves as the head of the College of Social Sciences and Philosophy Library at the University of the Philippines. He specializes in Filipiniana, library marketing, and the publishing industry. He previously served as President of the Asosasyon ng Aklatan at Sinupan ng Diliman, Inc. (AASDI). In this capacity, he led efforts to support UP Diliman’s librarians through webinars (e.g., on digitization, security, and pandemic preparedness) and the organization’s 6th General Assembly in 2022.
