Biography

Kate teaches various LIS courses such as Management of Libraries and Information Centers, Information Ethics, Comparative Librarianship, and Research in LIS among others. She has presented papers in various local and international conferences and serves as Chair for the Steering Committee of the Asia-Pacific Library and Information, Education and Practice (ALIEP) Conference, and a member of the Editorial Advisory Board of the Philippine Journal of Librarianship and Information Studies (PhJLIS).
