Biography

Eli teaches introductory courses in library and information science, reference and marketing information services, and information ethics. He is also teaching LIS 10 Information Society which is classified as a General Education course. Prior to joining UPSLIS in 2017, he was a reference librarian and cataloger at the UP Diliman Main Library. He also pioneered the strategic communication, research, and marketing section of the university library, and served as its head librarian.
