Held from June 16–19 in Kuala Lumpur, the 19th CONSAL (Congress of Southeast Asian Librarians) General Conference and Meeting brought together LIS professionals from across Southeast Asia under the theme “Inclusive Knowledge: Bridging Divides, Empowering All.”
