The University of the Philippines School of Library and Information Studies (UP SLIS) is launching this online survey to gauge the level of interest of information professionals and scholars within and outside the field of LIS in taking a Ph.D. in Information program. The Ph.D. in Information offers a distinctive research-intensive and evidence-based doctoral program in the Philippines that focuses on information research and scholarship, contributing to the advancement of information theory, practice, and policy while developing leaders in the field of information.
