<h3>BLIS Application for 2nd Semester AY 2014-2015</h3>
<p>Application is now open to <strong>Bachelor of Library and Information Science (BLIS) Applicants (shiftees from UP Diliman and transferees from other UP Units outside Diliman)</strong> for the <em>2nd Semester AY 2014-2015</em>. <span style="text-decoration: underline;">Application period is from 20 October to 14 November 2014</span>. </p>
<p>You may download the application form here <a href="index.php/academic-programs" target="_blank">http://upslis.info/index.php/academic-programs</a> or get it directly at the SLIS office anytime from Mondays to Fridays, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Application fee is PhP 100.00. </p>
<p>Incomplete requirements will not be processed. </p>

<h3>MLIS Application</h3>
<p>UP SLIS does not accept MLIS applicants for 2nd Semester AY 2014-2015. </p>
<p>Application period for MLIS applicants for 1st Semester AY 2015-2016 will start on March 2015. Please wait for further announcements.</p>
