Quality Assurance (QA) Staff member.

 

QUALITY ASSURANCE (QA) STAFF

Non-UP Contractual (SG 11 + 20% premium)

Start Date: July 1, 2025 (Project Duration: 6 months)

 

The QA Staff will work under the supervision of the SLIS Quality Assurance Officer, with a primary focus on supporting the ASEAN University Network-Quality Assurance (AUN-QA) Assessment and other quality assurance initiatives within SLIS. The QA Staff will assist in coordinating and documenting AUN-QA-related processes, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and facilitating effective communication among stakeholders.

 

Key Responsibilities

1. AUN-QA and Quality Assurance Support

  • Assist in the preparation, organization, and submission of documentation for AUN-QA assessments and accreditation activities.

  • Support the implementation of AUN-QA guidelines and best practices within SLIS.

  • Monitor and track progress on AUN-QA action plans and quality enhancement initiatives.

  • Coordinate internal self-assessment reports (SAR) and ensure timely submission of required documents.

  • Assist in the preparation for AUN-QA site visits, including logistical arrangements and stakeholder coordination.

2. Quality Assurance Documentation and Compliance

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all quality assurance processes related to AUN-QA.

  • Organize and compile necessary evidence, reports, and supporting documents to demonstrate compliance with AUN-QA standards.

  • Assist in drafting and reviewing quality assurance reports and self-assessment submissions.

3. Stakeholder Coordination and Communication

  • Serve as a liaison between the SLIS QA Office and AUN-QA assessors, faculty, staff, students, and external partners.

  • Facilitate effective communication regarding AUN-QA policies, assessment criteria, and continuous quality improvement efforts.

  • Assist in organizing meetings, workshops, and training sessions related to AUN-QA and other QA initiatives.

4. Continuous Improvement and Professional Development

  • Stay updated on the latest AUN-QA guidelines, quality assurance trends, and best practices.

  • Participate in relevant QA training, benchmarking activities, and professional development programs.

  • Provide recommendations for process improvements to enhance SLIS’s quality assurance mechanisms.

 

 

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree relevant to quality assurance, education management, or a related field.

  • Strong organizational and documentation skills, with attention to detail.

  • Experience or familiarity with AUN-QA accreditation processes is an advantage.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with diverse stakeholders.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
