This year's Parangal sa Mag-aaral, a program to honor the university's outstanding students will be held on Tuesday, 23 February 2010, 1:30-5:00 pm at the UP Film Institute. Certificates will be awarded to university scholars and other outstanding students who have brought honor and prestige to the University.
